Introduction of Wireless Service Calling System |  | |
The system adopts 433MHz wireless and long-distance (150m) communication technology, including 2 kinds of service caller (SC1X and SC2X ) and 3 kinds of calling receiver (BD1X wall type display, WD1X watch type display and PD1X waist pager type display). Customers can press corresponding buttons of SCX service caller ([Water], [Call], [Bill]) on the table, then the commands will transform to corresponding digits and displays on calling receiver from which waiters can know exactly what customers need and serve right away; thus it saves time and manpower, decreases cost, improves service quality and ensures comfortable environment. | ||

※Each service demand ([Water], [Call], [Bill],[Call]+[Cancel ]) has a corresponding service number.

PD1X Pager Type Displasy
※Display the table no. (3 digits) that needs service and the service no. (1 digit), which improves the service quality.
※Able to display 3 table numbers that need service and can delete the one has been serviced in order by pressing [C] key, which avoids neglect of customers’ requirement because of busyness.
※Able to set several tables as a region that one PD1X takes responsibility for.
※Mode of vibration without sound greatly reduces noises in the restaurant and improves service quality.
※Ingenious waist buckle design makes the machine be buckled on the waist firmly and convenient for reference.
